Jon-Paul Earles – Sales & Marketing Administrator

I am 26 years of age, have a beautiful girlfriend that I do not get to see as much as I would like, I have lived in Northamptonshire for nearly 16 years after moving down from Sunderland with my family.

After being christened ‘the new boy’ I am beginning to settle into my role at Ideasmatrix. Prior to my time with the company I spent three years studying at Sheffield Hallam University where I graduated with a BA Honours Degree in Communications Studies.

At University I was introduced to a valuable wide range of communication aspects including, Public Relations, Marketing, Radio & Video Production, Journalism, Theoretical and Social Issues and Advertising.

After graduating I initially started a career path into the customer service sector within the large collection of Paramount Group of Hotels and then progressed into Principle Hayley hotels and conference centres. After a number of successful years within the industry, improving my customer relationship management skills I felt a calling back into the discipline that I studied and craved a new challenge, focusing specifically on sales, marketing and PR.

Prompted by this I am refreshing and expanding my knowledge by studying a self funded Professional Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
In my spare time I enjoy watching Northampton football club of which I have a season ticket. When I’m not watching football I enjoy the pleasure and pain of the gym and enjoy socializing with my best friend Jack Daniels.

I am a highly motivated individual, an energetic persuasive team player with a keen eye for detail. My ambition within the sales and marketing sphere holds no bounds and I aim to learn something new every day so that I can implement creative ideas into my current and future projects.
